1. Use of the website and the services

Thriventage (hereafter “the platform”) provides technological tools and information related to the automated trading of financial and digital assets. The site describes the services, allows user registration and gives access to the trading dashboard. You may use the services if you are over 18, legally able to contract, and resident in a jurisdiction where the use of these services is lawful.

Registration requires truthful, up-to-date details. The platform may request identity verification in line with its KYC/AML policy and may restrict features until it is completed. It is your responsibility to keep your credentials and your third-party API keys confidential.

2. Limitations

The services are provided “as is” and “as available”. The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted access: there may be outages for maintenance, third-party failures or events beyond our control. The content of the site is for information and marketing purposes; nothing published constitutes personalised investment advice or an offer of securities. Trading results, past or simulated, do not guarantee future results, and every trade involves the risk of loss.

The automated features execute rules defined by the user and by the strategies chosen; their performance depends on market conditions beyond the platform’s control. The projections shown in the site’s calculator are illustrative and do not constitute a forecast.

3. Advertising and commercial communications

By registering you agree to receive operational communications (confirmations, security alerts, service notices) and, unless you say otherwise, informational emails about the platform and its services. You can cancel commercial communications at any time using the link included in every email or by requesting it at [email protected]; operational communications cannot be cancelled because they form part of your account’s security.

4. Intellectual property

The Thriventage name, the logo, the texts, the illustrations, the site design, the dashboard software and the associated trademarks are the property of the platform or its licensors and are protected by the applicable intellectual property rules. Reproduction, distribution or modification without prior written authorisation is prohibited. Personal, non-commercial use of the materials for information purposes is permitted with attribution.

5. Confidentiality

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Your registration, verification and trading data are used to provide the service, to meet applicable legal obligations and to protect the security of the platform. The platform applies reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.

6. Links to third-party sites

The site may contain links to third-party sites, such as exchanges or payment providers, included for information purposes. Those sites have their own policies and practices, over which the platform has no control or responsibility. A link does not imply endorsement of the third party or its services. You access them using your own judgement and at your own risk.

7. Prohibited use

By using the platform you agree not to: break the law or these terms; use the site for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other unlawful activity; send spam, unsolicited mass communications or harmful material; attempt unauthorised access to the platform’s systems, accounts or networks, or disrupt its operation through attacks on the infrastructure; infringe the intellectual property rights of the platform or third parties; impersonate other people; and use robots, scripts or automated means to extract content or interact with the site without authorisation. Breach may lead to suspension or cancellation of the account and to any resulting legal action.

8. Support

The official support channel is [email protected], staffed Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 UK time, in addition to contact with your personal manager. Issues are handled according to the times published on the contact page, and complaints follow the formal procedure on the corresponding page. Support never asks for passwords or verification codes.

9. Warranty disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the platform gives no warranties of investment returns, of continuous service availability or of the absolute accuracy of market information, which comes from third parties and may contain errors or delays. Automated tools can fail for technical or market reasons. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties that cannot legally be excluded in your jurisdiction.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the platform’s liability for claims relating to the services is limited, in aggregate, to the amount of fees actually paid by the user to the platform in the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. The platform is not liable for investment losses arising from market behaviour, for indirect damages or loss of profit, or for the acts of third parties, including frauds carried out in its name. In jurisdictions where these limitations do not apply, local statutory provisions govern.

11. Indemnity

You agree to hold the platform, its partners and its staff harmless from third-party claims arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the services or your violation of others’ rights. This commitment does not apply where the claim arises from an act directly attributable to the platform.

Final provisions

These terms are governed by the applicable law of the United Kingdom. If any clause is held invalid, the remainder keeps its effect. Failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of it. Any modification is published on this page and takes effect upon publication; for significant changes to financial or service conditions, registered users are additionally notified by email at least fifteen days in advance. Continued use of the site after changes are published implies acceptance of them.
